Nikki White, CEO  

She began her career as an elementary school teacher and progressed from school counseling, to Marriage Family Child Therapist, hypnotherapist and mediator in California before sailing off into early retirement for 8 years. Upon returning to American soil she began another developing progression from teaching at Daytona State College for 5 years, followed by returning to private practice as a personal coach and trainer. From her passion for our great country, The American Flag Project was conceived with the goal to raise patriotism one flag at a time. We have received much recognition and are most proud of the 2017 Outstanding Emerging Business of the Year from the Chamber Commerce


Larry White, Treasurer

He began his career in the Air Force and upon returning to America from Okinawa entered Ohio State University in the engineering department. Having many skills and interests he developed many businesses over the years in construction co founder of Cardinal Builders for 12 years, sale and sale manager for 7  years, The Equitable Insurance company for 13 years, owner of LK White Financial Planning and retired from his major project developing of Golf Centers of America. Sailing for 8 years brought opportunities to utilize many skills in training Boy Scouts, and development of a corporate retreat in the Bahamas. With the return to Florida he was again a financial consultant and stock trader.  With all his entrepreneurial talents he has been essential to the growth of The American Flag Project.


Tom Cook- Board Member

He began his adult life in college pursing a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and then decided to join the Army as a military advisor for 5 years during the Vietnam War. When he returned to America he began by teaching in the elementary schools of New Hampshire.  Tom completed his Master’s Degree in Psycholinguistics and returned to teaching until he joined the New Hampshire criminal system working with juveniles. After more years of teaching he chose to create his own business in the recreational arena. He retired at 50 to pursue his own pleasures such as a published writer,sailing, pirating, rebuilding cars and various construction and creative projects.  Tom adds a clear and focused view of patriotism to The American Flag Project.


Gregory L. Hansen - Board Member
Captain, US Navy, Retired

Greg was a 1969 Graduate of the United States Naval Academy.  He received a Master’s Degree in Financial Management from the Unites States Naval Postgraduate School. During 27 years of active naval service he served in country Vietnam with Naval Advisory Group, Commanded the USS McClusky (FFG-41) and USS Antietam (CG-54), Served as Appropriations Committee Liaison For the Secretary of the Navy, and completed his service on the Staff of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs.  He began his second career working in a Government Relations firm in Washington, D.C. where he spent 16 years working with the Congress and the Department of the Navy to increase our Navy’s capabilities. In January of 2017 Governor Rick Scott appointed him to the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners. In November 2017 the Commission elected him as Chairman. Greg is currently on the Board of Directors for the American Flag Project and the Teens In Flight organizations. He is married to Linda and they have a daughter, Regan.


Kean Roosevelt - Board Member

I began my aviation career earning a commercial pilot certificate while simultaneously completing my second year of college at Schreiner Institute in Kerrville, Texas. After joining the Navy in 1967, I was sent to Air Traffic Control School in Glynco, GA. and graduated 1st in my class. Duty stations were N.A.S. Dallas, and Cam Rahn Bay, Vietnam.  Duties were as Tower Controller, Radar Controller, both PAR and Terminal, and Coordinator.  The unit at Cam Rahn Bay handled 300,000 plus operations per year.  In 1971, I completed flight training at International Airmotive for Multi-Engine, Instrument, and Flight Instructor (CFII).  From 1971-1974 I worked as a flight instructor and charter pilot, and earned a Gold Seal Flight Instructor's Certificate , which I  held for over 45 years.  In 1975 I joined J.D. Abrams as a pilot flying a Cessna 421 and in 1976 was promoted to Chief Pilot flying a Lear 35 and Cessna 421. Duties included, scheduling, cost accounting, budget forecasting, and overseeing two other pilots.  In 1977, I moved to El Paso Natural Gas Company where I was a Captain on Saberliners, Falcon 10, and Falcon 20's until the buy-out of El Paso by Burlington Northern in 1984.

During this time I also served as President of the El  Paso Skeet and Trap Club and was President of S-R Farms Inc.
In 1984 I moved to Fort Worth as a Captain for Burlington Northern on their Falcon 20, and was typed in the Westwind and the Gulfstream in 1985.  I was the Senior Line Captain from November 1984 until April 1992.
From April 1992 to the present I have been providing domestic and international contract pilot services and instructing at Simuflite in the Gulfstream II, III, G-IV, G-V, G-450, G-550.

Meredith Vogt - Board Member

Meredith Vogt is a Principal and Managing Director at Vault Consulting, LLC, a Washington DC based firm specializing in outsourced accounting and research programs for associations, nonprofits and their affiliates.  She has more than 20 years of experience exclusively serving the not-for-profit industry, providing outsourced accounting and CFO services as well as a full range of business advisory and consulting services to nonprofit clients.    She manages the preparation of financial statements including providing analysis on variances, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, preparing financial projections and cash management, budgeting and tax compliance, planning for unrelated business income tax, federal and non-federal grant reporting and compliance and indirect cost rate calculations and submissions.  She also provides other consulting services including the design and implementation of accounting policies and procedures and investment policies. Meredith graduated from Virginia Tech where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)
